Project The Art of Teaching is connecting experts in special and inclusive education, educational theatre and drama, research in culture and information technology aiming to promote innovative, creative and inclusive teaching methods and tools.

There is a need to focus on teacher training for inclusion, which will result in higher quality of education that students with fewer opportunities are receiving in regular schools.

 

Experts from 3 countries (Austria, Croatia and Slovenia) and 9 organisations are working together to develop comprehensive training course and teaching tools for primary school teachers and their teaching assistants appointed to students with special educational needs (SEN).

• support in delivering competence-based teaching
