»Join in and Make a Change« is a project initiated by Taka Tuka Society to use Drama for fostering the inclusive learning of disadvantaged learners and dealing with diversity.

 

Throughout the project four partner organisations: Taka Tuka Society (Slovenia)The Basic School of Arts Na Popelce (Czech Republic),  Sxedia Stin Poli (Greece) and Innocamp (Poland)  will work jointly on research, promotion and implementation of Drama as an effective tool for inclusive education.

 

We are going to develop a training course for teachers, conduct a research to measure the impact of Drama on inclusion and establish the European network of trained teachers — advocates for inclusive education.

 

Furthermore, we will organise National Drama Festivals for pupils, Innocamp for students of education and International conference for all the stakeholders.

 

The project will result in production of number of useful materials for teachers and other educational stakeholders: Conference book of lectures, drama based teaching material, tips for teachers, training course curriculum, 4 drama based teaching Cultural Heritage lessons, practical handbook for teachers, leaflets to promote drama for inclusive education.
